At Samantha's Sweet Shoppe, we strive to make every order perfect and in doing so, we guarantee you will like it or you will get your money back (minus your deposit). However, once an order has been accepted by the customer, we are no longer liable for any damages or mishaps to the order. The customer also accepts that the design of the order is as expected at this time. It is the customer's responsibility to check the order for correctness. If anything is wrong prior to the customer accepting the order, we will be happy to fix it and make it right to the best of our ability or issue a refund. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.Allergens
Please mention at the time of order if you have any allergies. We will do our best to avoid cross-contamination, but cannot guarantee it will be completely avoided. The customer accepts this possibility by proceeding with the order. No refunds will be issued if the customer fails to mention any allergies after the order has been accepted.Deposits & Payments
A portion of the total price of the order is expected as a deposit at the time of order placement and will be applied towards the final price. If an order is placed less than 7 days from the scheduled pickup or delivery date, the order must be paid in full. If the order is for more than $200, the order must be paid in full. If the order is to be delivered, the order must be paid in full. Deposits and final payments can be paid via the "Payment" page on our website or by calling us directly at (513) 549-7441. Please do not send credit card information over text, email, or social media. We are not responsible for identity theft or stolen credit card information. The remaining balance of the order is expected at the time of order pickup or delivery. We accept cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google G Pay, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle.Store Pickup & Deliveries
Pickup from our store is always free (and encouraged) as we are able to fix most things prior to the acceptance of an order. Once the order has been accepted by the customer and paid for, we are no longer liable or responsible for any mistakes or damages. If an order is not picked up within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time, the order may no longer be available for pickup and will not be refunded.
Local delivery is available for a fee, dependent on the distance from Samantha's Sweet Shoppe. All orders are personally delivered. If no one is at the address to receive the order, we will call or email to inform that we are there to deliver. Unless instructed otherwise, the delivery will be left at the home or business address as indicated at the time of order. It is your responsibility to let the recipient know that the order will be arriving that day.Cancellations
A minimum of 7 days is needed to prepare an item. We make everything to order and do not have anything prepared ahead of time. Once an item is ordered, it can not be cancelled if within 7 days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date. A percentage of the total price of the order is expected as a deposit at the time of order and will not be refunded if the order is cancelled less than 7 days before scheduled pickup or delivery time. The deposit will be refunded in full minus any fees from Cash App, Venmo, or if paid via credit card through Square if cancelled 7 days or more from scheduled pickup or delivery (if applicable).
